Said it in the game thread--but while he didn't do much on the scoring side of things, Boynton was a beast in transition and on the defensive end. Finding ways to make an impact in the game--especially on an off shooting night--is the mark of a true veteran and leader and I'm glad to see that from Kenny B.

Actually, Wilbekin was on number 1, ie Caldwell Pope, most of the time.

indeed... wilby was matched up much of the time, and id a great job.
kenny also played kcp some, and did well there and in his overall defensive effort. i pointed out kenny moreso b/c i think there could be the tendancy to look at his stat line and assume a poor game. not the case.
but you are right regarding wilby.

I agree with you. One great thing about Boynton is no matter who he is matched up against and no matter how well his offense is in a particular game, he plays solid defense.
