RGIII is better than Wilson IMO. Wilson only throws the deep ball or run it. RGIII makes all the throws, short, crossing, deep and can read defenses. Wilson is a Mike Vick clone.

Wow...really selling Wilson short. Completed 64% of his passes on the season for over 3100 yards with a passer rating of 100.00. 26 TD vs. 10 int.
Doesn't sound like a mad bomber to me.
Actually, RGIII and Wilson's yardage and passer rating were nearly identical. Wilson had 6 more TD's and 5 more picks.

Among starters, Griffin and Wilson were 4th and 5th in the league in passer rating. Only Rodgers, Manning and Smith were ahead of them.

And yet Wilson had a better season and then bested RG3 (and his team) in the playoffs.

Really...a one-legged RGIII? Wilson has one of the best defenses in the league playing on his side. If RGIII didn't injure himself, Seachickens would have been run out of DC. That game was still close till the fourth quarter...

a slender running QB in the nfl---no way it works. Players today are too big, physical, fast and violent. He will not last.

Before the season I thought that RG3 would be out of the league quickly because of his style of play and his size. But the rookie QBs have been amazing this year. Wilson is about as smart of a rookie as there is (Luck included). Knows when and how to run, probably because he KNOWS he can't outrun the defense where RG3 still thinks he can.

We forget about a kid with no wideouts at all...who threw for over 3000 yards.
I think Ryan Tannehill will end up being the steal of that draft.
Of course I'm a Dolphins fan

The thing about RG3 is that if he can't run anymore, he can pass just as good as anyone. He's the best quarterback to come into the draft in a long time. Him, and Luck.

Fair point. RGIII is stubborn, Wilson is smart. Of the three rookies, RGIII takes too much risk followed by Luck whereas Wilson takes zero risk.

All I know is Tebow has won more playoff games than Griffin... an he's not so damn fragile...Please come to Jax Tebow and show these chumps the spread can work if committed to it.

Because he's great at it. If he don't have a receiver open, he takes off and gets the first down. Why is there so much hate on RG3 on here? Because he's 'outshining' Tebow?

Given today's news about the extent of the injury I don't think he'll be running around like that any more, whether he wants to or not. I think he's strictly a pocket passer from here on out. http://espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2012...y-ready-opener
I thought it was questionable whether he should even have been playing in the game from the start. It doesn't seem smart to take any risk at all of further injury to your franchise QB just to win a wild card game, especially when you have a competent backup as the Redskins do in Cousins. But when he returned to the game after the first injury I didn't think that was questionable, I thought it was downright stupid and completely uncaring on Shanahan's part.
Between what the team doctor said about Shanahan lying when he claimed the initial injury had been examined by the medical staff and what he did by continuing to play Griffin after the first injury, if I were Snyder I'd seriously question whether I wanted him as my coach.
