Family Guy
I lol'd.
Peter: Can we stop at the camp for Down's Syndrome we passed on the way down here?
Lois: Peter that wasn't a camp, it was the University of Florida.
Pretty funny even if it was at my alma mater's expense.

MacFarlane likes to piss people off, he knows if he used fsu or miami that nobody would be pissed because most of them don't know how to use a computer or a tv

One of the top public universities in the country... Looks like the joke is on Family Guy's writers.

Yeah, that was a few seasons back I think. They did reference UF and FSU this season as noted in this thread: http://www.gatorcountry.com/swampgas...d.php?t=231343
I also LOL'd pretty good at the UF reference on tonight's episode.

And this:
Episode "Smart and Smarter" from Feb 2004:
Simon Cowell said of Maggie, “Your baby is brilliant. Why, she could already teach at Florida State.”

KronoGator has it right. Seth Mcfarlane is a s***kicker. Much of his humor either revolves around mocking '80's culture (Star Wars or sitcoms or John Hughes movies) or just flat insulting random people for the hell of it. He overslept for a flight out of Logan on 9/11 that hit the WTC. I think that it empowered him with an "I don't give a damn" attitude about the world...or he could just like being an a**hole.

I don't care much for this joke because of the topic but I think Seth is funny as hell. Love him on the roasts.

Ted sucks major rear end. Very juvenile frat humor.

Not even Macfarlane's first Down's Syndrome joke either. There was an episode of Family Guy where Chris develops a crush on a girl with Down's Syndrome and doesn't understand why Peter and Lois act like something is weird about that. Fox execs wouldn't air the episode unless he used an actual girl with Down's Syndrome to voice the character and so he did. It's tasteless but also very funny at times. Kind of a guilty pleasure.

I see nothing funny at all about any reference to another concerning Down's Syndrome.
Why would anything be funny if the intent is to make fun of anyone with this abnormality in humans?
I'll guarantee you that if any of you had a family member with this chromosomal condition you wouldn't find it funny. My brother-in-law has a Down's Syndrome child.
