I believe TAM's starting defense has seven seniors. No one should crown their backsides just yet. No one heard of Manziel a year ago.

Also what I loved was his interview after the game. "Spiderman" said he was tired of all the hype and questions this last month! He just couldn't wait to get out there and play football!

Manziel is the greatest freshman of all time. Better than Herschel. If he stays all four years he might win four Heismans. Thank GOD we don't face A&M in the Swamp this year.
Watching him gives me an inkling of how opposing fans felt when Tebow was on the field.
Two different positions. QB has much, much more influence on a game than does a DE. Clowney is the most talented player in CFB and will be the No. 1 draft pick next year (but he needs to stop taking plays off. Peoe don't talk about that, but he takes off too many plays). Johnny Football is the best player in CFB and will probably win a mother Heisman. The guy is mind blowing.
On one pass play Manziel had so long to throw that I back up the game and watched the play again with a stop watch. He had 5.1 seconds to throw and could have taken longer. Incredible.

Lots of people didn't think aTm would add anything to the SEC, funny how they have changed their tune.
Now that the state of Texas has an SEC team and results for their state, expect them to start getting the cream of the Texas crop over the underacheiving horns.

I mean I know that we had injuries and juniors leaving for the NFL were conservative this week but we still contained Manziel by making adjustments the second half.
