Yea it seemed to much of look at me and not the team. I also felt that the national anthem was completely butchered by that stupid band. I can't stand when people try and put their own little spin on our anthem. It had a different beat to it and everything. Just go out and sing the freaking song. It don't need a stupid beatbox beat in the background or any added echos of any sort.

They high five and all of that jazz for simply doing what they are supposed to be doing all along! I don't remember when they started all of that crap, either from Miami or FSU players or maybe the pros!

Wow.
I'll just say thanks Matt, Sharrif and everyone else who is going pro for selecting uf to attend school. Never got in trouble, played your hearts out and left me with some fond memories.

It bothers me a little that they do it (less than the fact that they are trying to knock people out instead of wrapping them up), but when they do it doesn't bother me too much. Players should only be happy to make a play when the team is winning?

Yes. Because if you've ever played sports and you were getting your as* kicked up and down the field......you know talking trash is the last thing on your mind. You focus on getting back into it.
ENTITLEMENTis always FL's problem when we start getting publicity. This why I love how Saban consistently talks down on his team about how they haven't accomplished anything. You have to do this to these kids.

I have not read this entire thread but I noticed a couple times when Florida would attempt to celebrate, the Louisville players would point to the scoreboard and walk away. Gotta love it only because that is what I would do if they got in my face.

I would say they where trying to get the team in come back mode witch they where close to doing at times yes I understand the where getting beat but you have to have that feeling in the back if your head that you are going to come back and win this game so I think they where trying to pump up there team that was on the edge of getting the come back that they didn't

Have some of you ever stepped foot on the field? Do you not realize that these "individual" & "celebratory" actions are what pump players up? I suppose if they just made a tackle and walked back to the huddle until they were ahead, it would be ok. If they did that then they would be crucified for playing "flat" & they were acting like they didn't want to be there.
Whatever helps them to get their adrenaline flowing is fine with me. Unfortunately in this case, it didn't help much.

Matter of opinion...I didn't see anything wrong with the celebration. When I played in high school I did that to keep motivating myself. You can all interpret the celebrations in any way you like, but the player is the only one who knows what's in their heart.

Finally, after all these posts, somebody nails it. These guys were probably instructed to do it, too. Not by coaches but by advisers/potential agents. Doing that ensures that scouts see the impact you are having on the game. Remember that the NFL drafts individuals, not teams. Just the way it is.
In light of this, don't be so quick to knock Muschamp. I'm sure a huge part of his recruiting pitch is that UF is a very NFL friendly school. As such, he is probably hesitant to do anything that would even remotely interfere with a player's draft self-promotion. I'm sure, like the rest of us, he wasn't thrilled to see it. But it poses a more complex moral dilemma than most of you realize.

We didn't get dominated like that in any other game this year, not even UGA. So the rest of the season is apples to the oranges on Wed night.

Somehow Louisville players didn't need it. They just took care of business, and pointed to the scoreboard and walked away when our players stated acting like as***.

So you admit they did it all year but this time they were doing it or advertisements make no sense. They are what they are. I dont know why people are trying to make this more than it is. They played the same way all year. This time we were just down because of turnovers, bad coaching decisions, a hot QB and a guy that didnt play much all year getting torched in pass coverage. They were not getting physically beaten down they were just losing a game.
