Are we Louisville's Ohio State?
Obviously to a lesser degree, but they take us out in the Elite Eight and then totally kick our asses in the Sugar Bowl.
Bad, bad loss. Bowl losses are terrible because it is the last game for 8 months.
Hope we don't face the Cardinals in the NCAA hoops tourney.

Nope. They are our Nebraska. And we know what happened after that Bowl loss.

After 5 minutes I texted my buddy and asked...
"Is this OSU vs UF tonight....and we're playing the role of OSU tonight?"

Sorry Tilly, I had to bail from the game thread. I totally believe you. I was way to bitter to keep posting in there. You can have the credit my man.

Just goes to show you that when you think you've got the game in the bag (and OSU players definitely did thought it was), anyone can beat you.

I hope it burns in the pit of their stomachs for 8 months. I hope Muschamp stays pissed for 8 months. I hope every one of the players is haunted by this game for 8 months.
I hope there's enough residual bad feeling from this game that everyone associated with the program works their a$$es off the entire off-season. Yes, I said everyone associated with the program -- that means you and me, as well. I'm getting up at O-Five Hundred and running ten miles to atone for this mess.

If Muschamp and the players are like some of our fans, they're thinking, "Not a big deal" right about now.

This was too a MUCH lesser degree. That was an epic beatdown (honk if you sacked Troy Smith). Louisville had their way for a while but looked to play it safe for much of the second half. After the opening kickoff, OSU was an epic beatdown which much more at stake.

As for the football game, I think there was a little more on the line when we played OSU than the game last night.
