Seasons that followed bowl wins since 1990 (average 10 wins the following year, average SEC championship 25% of the time, national championship 8% of the time, BCS level bowl 50% of the time):

Kidding of course. All this means is that the bowl has little to no bearing on the following year.

I think we have a shot to win it all next year, because I think we will have one of the best teams in the country.

There is NO such thing as season to season momentum. Heck game to game momentum has no evidence either.

Our problems are at QB, conservative shortening game tactics, and replacing D talent. Whether we won or lost doesn't mean those issues will be resolved. Those questions will drive next year.

Me changing shirts to adjust the mojo will have equal impact as a previous seasons bowl game
