Question about Mississippi State fans
At their games, how can they stand those cowbells? It has to be much worse on the ears than that Seminole war chant. For me it would ruin the game experience pretty quick.
I have no sympathy for Nole fans, and I shouldn't have for MSU fans either, since the pain is self-inflicted. I just wonder about it.

That nole chant is perhaps the most annoying thing on earth. Cow bells a close 2nd or 3rd.

They get used to repetitive sounds due to their incessant dueling banjos.

University of Miami fans in of themselves are the most annoying things on earth. They don't even have to do anything. The FSU chant is second.

Missy state needs to be removed from the conference, we don't need to double down in that state.

That's an understatement. But it could be said of anyone from the state of Mississippi.

I've always wondered why they're allowed to bring noisemakers when no other team's fans are... and even at bowl games?

As for the cow bells, yeah, it pisses me off that they're allowed to use those. I thought the SEC (or NCAA, can't remember) said they were going to enforce rules on the bells. If they can use those, we should start bringing air horns to our games. Lol ok, not really... Just say in'

Everything typed on this website is not literal. Most of my family is from Columbus, MS. So they ate all Miss St or Bama fans. I'm not offended, so you shouldn't be either. 😊

I think I read somewhere that the NCAA did ban noisemakers but they made an exception for MSU because the cow bells were such a tradition there. Kind of like the NFL letting the Packers get away with the "Lambeau Leap."

I was at the game today and can confirm that cow bells, are indeed, annoying as hell.

I'm all for tradition, but if it affects my qb and its artificial noise, screw that. That's cheating. (In a way)
The lambeau leap is not the greatest analogy, as it has nothing to do with the game itself. I hear ya though.
