Tough one.

Since Sanchez has proven to be as good as a high school qb, I would say he is out. Rivers has slowly become a sinking ship. In the end I would say its a tie between Romo and Cutler.

They didn't have any talent there during his tenure. Shanahan didn't do any better his first two years.

The schemes of Marty, SOS, Gibbs, and a few more household names didn't work for the Skins.

Had to get the owner out of the way just like Jones is in the way at Dallas.

Actually, Shanahan's "schemes" didn't really work either his first two years. Even his son acknowledged last year that the evil Rex was probably their most dangerous weapon on offense at the end of the year since their only good TE and LT were suspended for a month, Gaffney was their best receiver and they had a running game by committee.

Scheme doesn't mean anything if you don't have the talent. Moss is the only skill player contributing this year who did so last year.
