He may not have take off speed but it looks like he has it in the backend and I'll take that with a 6'4 wr all day long. Randy moss doesn't come around very often.
Ps. I've never called or thought you were an expert

I am not confusing the two he can separate after catching the ball he climbs to his speed not jumps to it. Once he gets going he can run. I am saying he is not explosive you can see that coming off the line and coming out of his cuts. And you are right Randy Moss is a one in a generation kind of player.

Will gladly take Robinson if he decides to come back, but I will continue to be enthusiastic about Fullwood. Everybody has bad days at events and Ahmad probably has some rawness and technique issues. He definitely needs to add strength. I don't care what he did his senior year. He caught 42 passes for over 1100 yards and 22 TDs his junior year. That tells he what kind of potential he has. I also think his combine times are legit (4.47). He just hasn't converted that into football speed. Biggest thing, and I've said this in more than one post, Ahmad is an excellent student at one of the best private college prep schools in Florida. That says coachable. That says determination. That is the intangible quality that unites many of the best players, especially wide receivers, in UF history.
It won't be next year, and it might not even be his second year, but when Fulwood has learned his position skills and has developed in the weight room, he will be a very special player.
I don't think Robinson is coming to UF, but if he does, he will be on the field this fall. He's ready to go. That's as much as I'm going to say. I'm not in the business of gushing over players for other teams.

Nice post Strange people should be excited about Fulwood he is a big time prospect and a great kid. I dont really worry about 40 times I worry about how fast they play play on the field o have a funny story I recently read though. Rivals guys ask this kid who was offered a scholly to Miami what his 40 time was he said "I run a 4.65 electronic 40" the Rivals guy then says "then you probably run a 4.5 40 hand timed" next time the kid checks the site it says he runs a 4.5.
I think we still have a shot at Demarcus remember the dead period is really not dead

I agree. I still think we have an excellent shot with him. He wants to be a Gator!

Demarcus is a high school senior. If he had no intention of coming to UF, he would have pulled that twitter pic immediately. I think he's till a Gator.

If I had to place money on it I believe he's a Gator.

A plausible explanation why he hasn't is that he doesn't want heat from his coach.

I'm encouraged by you guys' belief that DR will play for UF, but I have no clue why you feel that way. I do not expect him to decommit from Clemson again, I have a hard time believing a high school coach can intimidate a player to the point that he gives a commitment to a school he has no plans on attending. But what do I know.

All we can do is speculate upon minute indicators, a la his Twitter avatar still showing him in the Gator locker room.

It's a stretch, namely because D-Rob isn't a frequent tweeter.

You'd be surprised what some on this board actually do know.

I agree. There have been a few through the years who have. And then some who from time to time have inside knowledge. But for the most part, it's all guessing
