I think this is a great post. Like you say, it's all speculation, but I get that impression that CWM and team aren't in the molly-coddling style of recruitment either. Doubt it will be for everyone's taste and could be a contributing factor. If it is, then good for it - give me a blue collar "work-for-it" team over one with entitlement any day of the week where that talent gap isn't so large. It's a fine balance.
Then again, as has been said elsewhere, UF isn't perfect. Nobody is - tastes, opinions... that's what makes the world go round. So be it!
