If Clark has 31 offers, he's not in danger of getting left hanging.

What about James Quick? Being from Kentucky, Joker on board should give us a chance...again, as a back up if another WR decommits. Quon Treadwell gets a +1 spot for sure.
Not sure what the Spring game will look like as we might only have hand full of options till the Freshman get here in the fall.

Nobody is decommitting the spring game will look like the games in 2013. Most of these freshmen are not going to have an impact next year

you think he could spend a weekend at UF then decommit Sunday night? Because that is what would have to happen. Of course I will be nervous until I hear he is on campus in Jan

Tracy Howard was thought to be a lock last year after his visit too. I'm not saying it'll happen I'm just asking

Tracy took a visit to Miami after giving a silent to Florida. Demarcus doesn't have time for that you cant take visits during the dead period

I think (well hope) that he sticks. Doesn't make sense that he would swap BEFORE the Clemson in home unless he really wanted to be a gator.
Sounds like his coach wants him at Clemson but he wants to be at UF. Let's hope he doesn't get swayed by his coach.

Phillips visited him last Thursday and told him the Gators were still debating whether or not they were going to offer him a scholarship.
It was the third time Clark was visited by the Gators in as many weeks.

Someone said his only offer according to ESPN was from USF, but if you go out to the their recruiting site and take a look at Clark, not only do they not show an offer from USF (so I'm not sure where that came from), but they do show many offers from schools such as Notre Dame, Auburn, Miami, Penn State, North Carolina, Northwestern, Illinois, Mississippi State, Purdue, Iowa State and West Virginia among others.

Get him an offer. There isn't anything to dislike about James Clark. You win championships with players like this.

It sounds like he wants to be a Gator too much, which is the kind of recruit you have to be leery about.

what? he wants to be a gator too much? when and how can that be a bad thing especially if he is a good player? you certainly would not have to worry about him looking elsewhere

Was just looking at his offer list, albeit on Scout, but looks like most of his offers are schools I imagine have lower academic requirements. Any chance we've been slow with Clark because of grades?

Then Florida would be the best of both worlds - academics and athletics.
