In the saga of weird recruiting flip-flops, where does this one rank? Patrick Robinson committed to us back in 2005 on regional television (for the '06 class), finished his segment, then got on his phone and told the coaches at Miami and FSU that he didn't mean it at all and was still completely open. And Marcus Roberson de-committed from Auburn and committed to Texas Tech a week before signing day, only to choose us on signing day.
Lot of competition in this area.

This reminds me of David Dawson this year a little bit (even though he was a silent commit). I wonder if these recruits are seeing something different when they come here than what they were expecting???

We will see. As long as there is not a problem with admissions, I still feel he will be a Gator.

it happens, at least he visited before flipping back. we did what we could. the big thing is right now clemson's offense is much better than ours and the wr's have been much more productive

This sucks! How does he go into admissions to register for class that start in a couple weeks and be on an official visit to going back to Clemson???? Really chaps my a$s!

Why would Demarcus want to play in the ACC? The conference is getting worse every year! Maryland left, Maryland! Does anyone watch any of their games at all anymore? I never do. How can you pick the insignificant ACC and their meaningless games over playing in the best stadiums in the country? Would you rather play at Bama, LSU, and Tennessee or Georgia Tech? Duke? N.C. State? Even FSU doesn't sell out their ACC games. The conference is abysmal. Wish the kid well, but hope he likes the chic-filet bowl.
