Box score is impressive. Balanced scoring. This bodes well for not having those droughts we experienced last year.

The defense is amazing and we are playing smart. I'm trying to keep my expectations in check but it's going to be hard we keep playing like this.

Unless I missed it, the only Freshman to play AT ALL was Frazier (well deserved) until there was 2 minutes left in the game.

I get the 4 frosh thing.. I really do, but he can't get the other 3 in here and there when we are up 30? I don't believe that for a second.

Obviously he does, and I will never question his overall coaching ability but can you explain why all 3 freshman can't play against Marquette when we are up 30 points? I can understand 1 of them not playing if they didn't try hard in practice, but all 3 of them? I doubt it.

No need for me to explain since I am not calling the shots. I would suggest to quit letting it bother you and just enjoy the ride. There can be all kind of reasons for the coaches to still have the guys on the floor late in a game but I am sure they are aware of what they want to do.

It doesn't necessarily bother me but this is how kids get upset and leave programs. If I'm a FR I know I have to sit the bench and wait my time.. but on the same token, if I go to practice and try hard, and the upperclassman give us a cushion to play, I'm going to want to play and get real experience. I don't see how getting them in the last 2 min (or in some cases 30 seconds) helps at all.. Almost every single time they get in its just to hold the ball.. What would that tell you if it were you?

I work hard in practice to hold onto a ball for 30 seconds? At the very least while we were up 30 I think Billy could have subbed in the other 3 FR that don't play to see how they fit/react with the team. It can only help them in the future.
