In no particular order (and I couldn't limit it to 10):
Gyruss
Yars' Revenge
Parsec (ok, so I'm really showing my age here)
Starcraft
SimCity
Civilization
Fallout 3
Duke Nukem
Half-life
Castle Wolfenstein
Doom
Hexen
NCAA series (until they stopped making them for PC)
NHL series (until they stopped making them for PC)
Deus Ex
Sonic the Hedgehog
F-15 Strike Eagle

Not a bad list. Can't say that I've heard of some of those games though. (first three) Gyruss sounds familiar. Hexen, further down the list, also sounds familiar.

Parsec was one of the first games I played on my first computer (an old TI-99/4A series). Cartridge based, one of the first sidescrolling shooter games.
Gyruss is an early 80's era title from Konami. Similar to "Tempest" in that it's a spherical play rather than a linear one.
Yars' Revenge was off the old Atari 2600 consoles.
Hexen was far newer (mid 90s or so) and was one of the spinoffs that came from the success of "Doom". It was actually the sequel to "Heretic".

Top 10 (not in order)
1 Unreal Tournament
2 Space Invaders
3 Donkey Kong
4 Zelda enjoyed them all (have not played the last one yet)
5 America's Army (pre version 3)
6 Mortal Kombat
7 Tecmo Bowl
8 Castle Wolfenstein
9 Call of Duty series
10 Battlefield Series
Growing up was coin-ops and some console, for the past 15+ years is has been all PC gaming. This thread reminded me I want to build a MAME machine for the kids room. Take a trip down memory lane with the kids should be fun.

I've been playing Dark Souls lately, it has moved into my top 5 favorite games. If you haven't played it, you need to. If you like RPGs and love a challenge, it is the game for you. It is very, very hard but also rewarding.
