cancelled G'Town game already hurting us...
with their big victory over UCLA.
We are going to be fine with our schedule and how good we are, but it would have been nice to have.

I know it's not a win and won't help us in RPI, but I have to think having a lead when it was cancled helps some when it comes to the 'eye ball test'

I don't think this will play a huge part down the line. We just moved up to seven in the AP rankings.

That win would have been nice to have but if they are as good as they have looked so far, we won't need to worry about that game.

Wouldve been nice to have played indoors against them, but ooc is still solid this year without.

just builds some confidence
g-town proves they're certainly a worthy opponent, and we were beating them thru half the game.

There's some kind of tournament at the end of the year in basketball that tends to make opinions mute on the topic of who is best.

You're not trying to earn your way into the BCS. There's also a SLIGHT chance Georgetown comes back in the second half. Either way I don't think it matters.

The only way this would help or hurt us is if there is a two way tie with two teams having EXACTLY the same resume on paper, same win loss, same SOS... and the committee is wondering which team should get the nod.. Basically, thats not going to happen. Were in the tourney regardless unless there is a massive, and I mean MASSIVE drop off/let down.

It's not like we were up by 20 at the half. It was still anyone's game.
It is what it is.

Watching them play Indiana...
Man, I really wish we could have finished our game! Regardless of the end result. Would have been fun!
