I would think Dooley is gone. If he loses to Vandy, it will likely be announced as early as Monday. Think Zooker losing to Mississippi State.

Sad that vandy is the only east team not to beat the vols in dooley's tenure

40-18...I think Dooley needs one more year. BUT I think he's a dead man walking.

From the day you got here and every time I hear you speak and your excitement about coaching our Gators, working your tale off and being a straight shooter, you are now one of my all time favorite coaches. Thanks coach.

I respect Dooley's approach and to think he did that having fallen from the tree he did is even more admirable. Doubt he will get another year though, especially if Tenn can get a bead on a really good coach.

I'm with you. I really think that Dooley has done very well given the horrifying situation that Kiffin left him in.

Wow that would be surprising given his tenure there and he has had some pretty good teams. They won 10 games just 2 years ago. Guess it's the SEC presssure.

There was a divorce supposedly due to his outside interests and his DUI arrest as well.

Now that the conf. champ games are done, I would expect that we will see some real movement on the UT and Auburn coaching hires.

Bad for Missouri. It will be hard for them to get equal value. He was the perfect coach for them. Producing a top 20 caliber team every few years, and a competitive team most years.
They will get either a coach who doesnt perform as well or one who bails for a better program at the first opportunity.
