Murphy is one of those guys that I'm so happy got a second chance to succeed. Talk about a big time turn around.

Folks - get over the Patric Young criticism. We went against last year's #1 scoring defensive team. They were crashing down on him all game and it opened opportunities for Murph, KB, and Rosario, all of which went off. It's a team game and tonight's Gator team effort was awesome.

No it wasn't. Your comment indicated that you probably understand little about college basketball, which is an ebb-and-flow game. Again, we were playing a team that is typically a juggernaut defense. We were up 12 and you wrote that we were "giving away the game." Offering some valid corrective criticism is not "being an ass."

He HAS to dominate in one phase of the game each night
If he's a turnover machine on The offensive end them needs to be dominant in the def end

Really nice game as we scored 74 against a ranked Wisconsin team and were able to hit 61.9 percent of our field goals. Also the defense was pretty good for most of the game.

Which is true, but he has had issues in the past handling passes into the post. He's becoming one of my all time favorite Gators for his personality, but it's pretty apparent the guy still has a lot of untapped talent.
Also, another thing to think about is that as soon as he started to use his body in the post, he got to the basket. He is going to have to be a Sullinger type on offense.

Tremendous win for the Gators! Wisconsin was a Sweet 16 team last season.
Only weakness for us tonight was turnovers, but that's what you usually get in the first 4 or 5 games.
Murph was great. If he'd kept firing, he'd have had well over 30 points, but he played team ball first.

Impressive win. Nice to see a couple of freshman get minutes. Happy for Murphy and Rosario. Early season success has to be great confidence builder.

Coaches had a great plan and we essentially played with five and a half guys. Rosario played 39 minutes....Kenny played 37. Great game plan, great play by the Gators tonight. Imagine adding two more solid juniors to the rotation and getting a better game out of Young.

Dominating win in every facet of the game. Completely imposed our will on them almost from the opening tip and forced them into playing the game we wanted them to play. Offensively, we responded every time they made a few buckets--with particular praise going obviously to Murphy (insanely good game from him today) and Rosario. Defensively, we were even more impressive. Wisconsin's a pretty good team and we frustrated them all night.
About the only downside was all the turnovers--but that'll get better as the season progresses and we get Wilbekin back.
