I heard it might be Harris and Anzalone.
Would love it to be a DT in there though.

If we already flipped Anzalone, would we be trying to flip Trey Johnson too? Maybe it's an insurance policy for Hearns.

Who knows, I certainly do not. But glad to see the coaches filling the board like that.

I am having, somewhat, second thoughts on Anzalone's silent. Only somewhat because we wanted to take 5 LB's when the class started, but I am uncertain if we even have that type of room anymore.
More-so, I think this is just a "Let's not put all our egg's in 1 basket" move. If you look at it, we are visiting more kids than we can take on. This is nothing more than some really really good insurance in case another kid drops us or if we are put into the position to drop one of ours.

No way I can say I'm on the money. I only heard my news through someone else who gets good stuff, but admittedly, gets a few things wrong here or there.
The thing about Anzalone is that I think he's an EE? (correction?) We should find out soon if he starts doing his paperwork at ND.

He is an EE. I would see Trey as an insurance/ +1 if we miss on a lot of remaining guys

He's elite. He has size at 6'3" / 220. He's an EE and has good grades. He's a quick/efficient thinker. Solid tackler. He can cover pretty good as well. Has a knack to know which way the ball is going.
Overall though, he's the type of LB that just about every good program wants. Lot's of upside. Room to grow, muscle-wise... precisely the type of guy who would benefit from Dillman.

I'm sold! That was my question. I just didn't think he had the toughness that champ wants to implement but this is why I asked the question. Thanks for the wisdom on this guy big dawg. Sounds like he would be an asset to our team!

He looks like a very good OLB prospect. Maybe elite. I like the grades and the football IQ. I like getting a guy like him in early. We don't have many EEs at this point. Way down compared to other years. Could be good to get a good sized kid like him in early and see if he can help right away.

Yup. I don't think he's quite a cant miss guy bc holes in other parts of the depth chart, also because of Morrison, but if we had limited depth at LB he would be the cant miss guy left
