Saw Selwyn Birchwood last night.
I miss the Skipper Dome. I can't count the great bands I saw there. It was such a great place to bring the family, my twins were pre-schoolers then. Went almost once a month between 1995 and 1998. Took my family there the night before we moved away and all of us cried, even our waitress.

Sunday I saw Devon Allman and Honeytribe, Trampled Under Foot, and Victor Wainwright & the Wildroots. 3 great bands. TUF & Victor's band played the after party along with a handful of others jamming. Robert 'Top' Thomas was there.
Danielle from TUF is a vocal goddess. I told her so. She's fine lookin' too, but she nearly knocks you off your feet when she sings.

Been listening to the album from Imagine Dragons a lot lately. They are Vegas locals which is how I found out about them and they are starting to get some play.
