Spell Check Stopped Working

For some reason spell check will not work The red way line is under the work but will not correct spelling

In order for folks to help they probably need to know the context of the issue. Where is spell check being used? What software and environment is being used?

If you're using Chrome, you can put your cursor over the highlighted word and right click to get suggestions.

changed the mouse and is now working the right side had gone out as when you right clicked nothing would happen New mouse and so far so good Thx
