Default JBL Onbeat Air -- Help

We just got the JBL Onbeat Air wireless speakers and we are having trouble with the initial setup. We have Linkseys wireless network and the JBL Onbeat will not connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Can you be more specific?

The JBL Onbeat Air manual (found here: http://www.jbl.com/images/media/ONBEATAIR_OM_EN.pdf) has some very specific steps you need to take in order to connect it. How far can you get in these steps? At what point does it fail?

It fails on Step 5. It appears my computer won't let me use Linksey and the JBL setup at the same time.

If you can't connect to the Onbeat from your computer's browser, then perhaps the Onbeat itself is a dud. I'd contact JBL support to see about a replacement. (1-800-336-4525 per the website)
