I'm giving up fitness training ...
... because I don't enjoy training people. I train my dogs ... and I don't do that very well.
Rather, I am branding myself as a fitness consultant. Almost everyone I've worked with falls in the category of people who basically want to look better nekkid. That's something I'm confident I know how to do.
So, I've stopped offering sessions and a variety of packages and am only offering consultations. Basically, it's a modest one-time cost for the body of your dreams. And of course I offer online support for a time.
I feel much better about working with motivated people who are ready to change their aesthetics and just need a little structure and friendly support.
I'm not even worried about enhancing health because I know that when people change what they can see (body composition), they also change what they can't see (health markers). Improved health markers are a milestone people pass on the way to looking better nekkid. I've seen it time and time again. It's a nice little bonus.
