That's good but also try adding resistance to your jumps and explosion exercises.
Like sled sprints or jump squats. On the jump squats i usually go with 135 to 155 lbs on the bar. There also parachute sprints.
But yeah, squats will for sure help you out. Speaking of which, i'll be doing aplenty of them tonight. Did hamstrings/calves this morning and tonight it's quads and glutes.
