It's called XLATHLETE.com, and they have a bunch of great programs and also give you videos of the exercises. Pretty cool site.
Yeah i could see why he did that. Crossfit can be very dangerous if the person is just starting out in fitness and doesn't know much about technique.
I still have problems with thrusters. It's terrible on my wrists. On the way down i keep treating it like a front squat and i tilt my wrists too far back i believe. It's a work in progress.
