Unlocked the AN-94 and have had some time with it. I am not 100% ready to give up on it seeing as I haven't unlocked the holo or RDS, but things are not looking good.

So thats leaves the G3 and KH2002 which you can only get from co-op, but so far the best assault rifle is easily the m16a4.

Best carbine is G36C or whatever it is called, this was determined empirically by the amount I became agitated when I was repeatedly killed with it.

Game keeps getting better though.

The G36C is a good gun. The best of the carbines in reality would be the SCAR, but in-game I'd say the G36C or Sig 553, I picked up someone's Engineer kit and laid waste with that thing (the 553). I usually only play assault, so I only use the M416, but I run out of bullets quite a bit so I end up having to find somebody's kit to use.

I'd say it is more leveled out on PC, skill wise. A lot of people I'd consider 'good' at the game. I'd say I'm in the top tier of players, tbh. I can outshoot almost anyone except a sniper across the map when I have an assault rifle, but I play objective more than go for kills, but my 2.6 K/D ratio speaks for itself.

The thing with me is I don't get a ton of kills a game, so my K/D ratio I don't have a ton of kills/deaths like most people at my same level do. Most people around my level (11) for deahave around 1000 kills and however many deaths, some over, some under. I have 426 kills and 159 deaths.

As for guns, you're going to laugh but I use the m4a1 with a scope and can't be stopped lol.

The M4 is actually a really good gun, I ran out of bullets and picked up an engineer kit and was dropping the other team like crazy with the M4.

Just went 25-2. TANK RAMPAGE! I did work, then my tank got destroyed so I hopped out and started gunning 'em down with my M416.

Great game. But I have one major complaint. The tactical light is the biggest Bullchit I've ever come across. It's so damn cheap. I can understand in the dark shadows it would be bright enough to make a difference, but in broad daylight there should be NO effect. I blinds me every time, allowing me to get slaughtered.

A nice sized tv, good cables and a nice surround sound is plenty for most. You guys and your PCs crack me up. It might be better in some ways, but let's not get carried away. (which I know you will anyway)

yeah I have a 46" plasma, and nice samsung surround sound and it's amazing hearing things around you

Played a lot this weekend.. finally getting my K/D ratio above 1. Headshots is where it's at! I love this game more and more each time I get to play for a few hours.

Totally agree about the tactical light, that thing is blinding even outside w/daylight.

Tactical light, way to go Dice! THE dumbest addition to a game ever. And logging into battlelog was nearly impossible for me. Stupid Origin- what ever the hell that is?!? Great game other than that. Actually, one other complaint.... I love when I'm going up against a squad that has ranked up passed 45, 20+ times. Meanwhile, my squad Is in their teens! Lol just luck of the draw but kind of annoying. I really do like this game though. Outstanding multiplayer, and co-op looks great too. (haven't done it yet) ----Vindibudd!?!! Lol Campaign was solid, too.

Like a lot of online FPS, it's pretty frustrating at first until you get the good weapons. And yea, the tactical light sucks but it is supposed to be fixed in a new patch.

Love the game though.
