Asus Eee_Slate_EP121
Comes with full blown Windows 7 64-Bit, uses a SSD, boots to desktop within 30 seconds, tether it through blue tooth to your cell phone and your connected to anywhere. Uses an Intel processor so it is fast... only downside to this tablet is battery life is on the low end at 3 hours.
How much and who sells it?

I purchased mine at Newegg and could not be happier with it, at $1,100 it cost more then the IPad/2, but it also does a lot more.
