I don't want him benched. I still think you ride the horse that has brought you this far, but stop looking at everything as Addazio's fault or the WR's faults... I saw open WRs today that Tebow had no business missing and did.
My solution is get Tebow out of the pocket and on the run half the time you want to throw and let him do what he does best.

TT is a wet dream of a sand lot QB. but we do not play the same game we played in 2007. we try to make him a pocket QB, and he is worse than average in that role.
our O is ruthlessly efficient at the field position game and horribly difficult to watch, both due to TT who is the playing the role of game manager to a T.
each win means another HUGE game happens the next week.
just win.

Steve Addazio is Great O line coach, and obviously knows the offense lightyears better than I do..........but I think we need someone with a better offensive playcalling mind. Watching the Alabama vs Miss st game, and watching Mullens playcalling, really proves that point home. Addazio is an offensive line coach at heart, and it shows. As much as I critisized Mullen at times over the years, its clear to me that he calls WAY better plays than Addazio. Than being said I still think we can win out and win a national chamionship with our stellar D

Agree 100%. Addazio is a great OL coach, when that is ONLY what he is coaching. He may be a great play caller at some point, but that could very well be when he is ONLY calling plays and not coaching OL. I just can't see him doing the two at the same time.

Tim doesn't put enough loft on his deep balls. You have to let the receiver run underneath it, not throw it on a rope. He's missed a lot of those to Coop, DT, and Harvin in the past. Seemed to always get it to Murphy, though.
FIU won't tell much, but FSU gets beat deep constantly so they will be able to work on a few bombs.

The 1st half of the Georgia game was the best I've seen of Addazio's play calling. Even without Harvin and Murphy , there is a lot of talent out there not being utlized.
Short passes seemed to work well today- but then abandoned. How about not running up the middle every time. And where the heck is Moody, he seems to do well when he touches the ball then disappears.

Was that another "mutt" record that we tied and getting ready to break??
I hope so!

The Gators have started off 10-0 for the first time since 1996.
