Default FSU beats Marquette

FSU wins the Old Spice Classic, 57-56.

Very good win over a Marquette team that beat Michigan. Our win over the Noles is now officially a quality win.

Not just a win, but a beatdown at that.

The NCAA Selection Committee is going to have a hard time denying a Gator team with some already impressive OOC wins.

This is a big week for the bball team.

FSU vs. OSU
MSU vs. UNC

If both teams can win these games then our wins against them will look even bigger.

The better the Noles do now, the better we look.

So go Noles.

(Damn I feel dirty)

Yeah, I know how you feel. But it wouldn't bother me if they never won another game, either.

UNC is loaded, as usual, but has been far from dominant. I wouldn't be surprised if MSU beats them in Chapel Hill.

MSU is also an experience-laden team, while UNC is still working out the kinks of a young, albeit very talented group of players.

That same experience and battle-tested determination was supposed to be what kept us from winning, but I haven't seen determination to win like ours from UNC yet; they'll have to do it on talent alone at this point.
