ESPN has reported that 28 spectators have been injured, one suffering head trauma, and 12 cars were involved in the big wreck on the final lap of the DRIVE4COPD 300 Nationwide race at Daytona. The Daytona 500 race is suppose to go on as scheduled on Sunday.

Now the latest is 2 spectators with critical injuries. They have stabilized. ESPN is covering it right now.
