Miles did not specifically say that he expects any particular player to play as a true freshman, he, like every other coach, talks in coach-speak about his hope that some of the freshmen come in ready to go and earn some early PT. Most LSU fans expect a number of the freshmen DL to get early PT due to the numbers of DL signed, the history of Chavis rotating a lot of players, and the need to build depth for 2013 and beyond.

Regarding what Bower would or would not do at UF, neither you, nor anyone else can truly say how early he would play. You are, at best, making an educated guess.
