Lot to respond to here.
First, Louisiana produces more NFL talent than any other state on a per capita basis, so to say there is "better" talent in another state is patently false.
Regarding Phillips here are the facts, he was a 4 star linebacker (consensus), a member of the ESPNU 150 and Top 247 by 247Sports.com, UF recruited Phillips, it offered him a scholarship which he accepted when he committed, and he ultimately signed with LSU when Miles turned up the heat. Anything else is simple sour grapes on your part.
Here's another fact, neither UF nor A&M has beaten LSU for any Louisiana player this century. Until that actually happens, predictions to the contrary are nothing more than hope on your part and hope doesn't concern us.
As I mentioned several times already, Daub is irrelevant, he's a Florida kid, my point was about Louisiana HS players. I don't know how to put that in any simpler terms.
