Stopping when physically satisfied is WAY DIFFERENT than stopping when mentally satisfied... at least for me.
It is difficult for many and may, repeat: MAY stem from chronic dieting. And we know that the difference between 'satisfied' and 'full' can be upwards of a thousand calories!
I do see consciously slowing down helping people to eventually discern the difference.
