Real healthy eating is eating when you're hungry, stopping when you're satisfied, savoring the foods you enjoy and eschewing the foods you don't enjoy.
Though, I have found "stopping when satisfied" to be the crux of the problem.
Stopping when physically satisfied is WAY DIFFERENT than stopping when mentally satisfied... at least for me.
