It's almost like rejecting some annoying girl who likes you as a freshman, you spend your sophomore and junior year chasing better looking girls, none of them really like you, and you wake up your senior year realizing that annoying freshman looks...really good. Yea, and that "plan b" girl will work harder for you, be more dedicated and do things those other girls wouldn't dream of doing. I have no idea how that equates to football. I'm just talking about girls now.
