Here is my angst with Kiffy...

WHEREVER he has gone....WHEREVER he has coached... it has been a trainwreck.
Look at his history:

Al Davis could not wait to get rid of him.
He totally... and without question... put Tennessee's program back years.
Just THAT one coaching job by him and Orgeron is all one needs to see.

Check out the details... the timeline, so to speak at what Kiffy did, how he acted and what he said the whole time he was in Knoxville.

It was flat-out embarassing to the Tennessee people. I have no affection for the Hillbillies and their first cousins. I have no connections to anyone up there. But even though I have no negativity toward them...
I still was dumbfounded at the way in which Kiffy carried himself with his arrogancy and bratiness.
The "NewKeys" situation was just ONE incident... wow....

Over and over again, in different and varied situations, he showed his narcisstic attitudes to the radio and prinit media... the Vol fans and anyone else that he could work his magic on.
Many of us here on this board... actually felt sorry for the Volunteer fanbase.

Obviously, Kiffy is smart and knows a bit about coaching football.
But the way he handles his day to day dealings with people, I could not, would not, ever have him as our coach.

Urban was cold, smart and calculating as a hired coach...
For Kiffy... it's all about Kiffy.
Just take a look at one of his pressers... his mannerisms... the look in his eyes...
All of us have met waaay too many people in our lives who are that way.
You grow up with them, thinking that they are your friends... but in the end, its all about them...

Doesn't matter how old they get, they never connect with you in a deeper level... no emotion. They are bratty, self-centered and shall we say, sociopathic.
And that's the defintion of the sociopath... they have very little-- or no conscience.
They can do whatever they want... and not feel one bit sorry about it.

So...seeing Kiffy going down in flames like a German bomber over the English Channel...
Yea... I am cool with that...
I am sure that Kylie Fitts and the entire Vol Nation feel the same way...
