I've been around Steroids for a while. I train at the best Gym is So Cal (not Gold's Venice) and see pro bodybuilders, world champion powerlifters on a daily basis here. I have personal experience with it as well.
Some of the Bama guys look like they are on. But you never know.
Alot of these guys have never eaten. I mean never consumed the amount of calories it takes to add 20-30 pounds of muscle over a couple of years. I guarantee those guys are so regimented in everything they do. Especially eating. I would be curious what ours and Bama's nutrition program looks like for these athletes.
1. Genetics 2. Food 3.18-22 year old hormone levels 4. Training in that order IMO.
