Let's assume this is true for a moment. I'm a nobody who went nowhere and did nothing. We'll also ignore the fact that this would logically have no bearing on the validity of my arguments.
If this is true, why do I apparently own so much real estate inside your head? Personally speaking, I ignore the kind of people you described. They bore me. I might give them a few responses, but then I move on, almost permanently. On the other hand, when it comes to me, you can't leave me alone. You always come back, engage me, and then whine when I don't roll over and give you the last line. Always. You can't seem to rationally refute anything I say. It's a mix of one-liners, innuendos, and petty, mocking attacks.
