In addition to eating the foods "you're supposed to eat", she eats lots of the foods "you're not supposed to eat." But she eats comparatively little food overall and eats it slowly. She's also on her feet a lot. And one or two weekends a month she'll go crazy with arduous yardwork.
Otherwise, she never exercises and her blood pressure's like 3/2. Seriously, it's like 88/64.
