Some Resolution Advice
Some advice for anyone making health based resolutions this year.
#1. Don't tell anybody about it, seriously, just go out and do it and people will ask you what you have done.
#2. Pick the best exercise program for you, not the one that is in the magazine or the one a friend did. The best program is the one that you will enjoy and keep doing.
#3. Make dietary changes gradually.
#4. Be patient, progress takes time.
