Though transitioning from gymnastic to mostly dumbbell work, the last few weeks, I left the planche leans in my warmup. The leans don't hurt my shoulders like tuck planches did. And they're great for abs too.
So, in leaning forward today ... my feet came off the ground! Didn't hold as long as the kid in the vid does. Still ...
Note: it is hell on the biceps though. So, slow going ...
