It started bothering me about a month into working out with my sons this Summer. The first time I felt it was laying on the bench doing flies. It's been diagnosed as bicep tendonitis. Doesn't bother me when doing most exercises but it seems to aggravate it so it is worse later. Limits my range of motion especially anything behind my back or head. If I wake up sleeping on my arm I just have to brace myself to move because it really hurts. If I lay on that side it feels like I can feel movement in it if I lay just right. It seems to be a little better following a couple weeks off. Worked out with the 15 year old yesterday. I only did lower body but it hurt when I stepped under the bar to squat when I raised it up to grip the bar. I am really fed up with it.
