They sent out a tech from Lakes Electronice(Folkston, GA).

He did a phenominal job.

Not only did he fixed the main problem(replaced a PCB that was fried by the firmware update). He programmed my tv so now every conceivable function works as do all my external devices.

He tuned up the tv so it has a much better picture & sound. He even cleaned the screen.

If anyone is in the market for a LED/LCD TV, I'd put Samsung at the top of the list.

As far as Plasmas, I'm not sure how the Samsungs are.

I gave my Panasonic Plasma to my ex-wife #2.
