I'll run 3 miles minimum, 4-6 times a week...roughly 2-3 of those days I'll walk another 3....so i'll get in a good 18-27 miles a week in. Since it was a $9 investment, and needed one for ice packs, i bought one of those Golds gym sweat belts too...even though it'll be thought of as a fad, it might work to raise the body temp around the love handles, i dunno.
