I was asking the OP, but I am also glad you responded. Seems like you have made great progress and I am impressed - keep it up. I am trying to stay away from dead-lifts and certainly one-armed pushups for now.

At what point does muscle build-up stagnate? Do you want to keep up building muscle or you are happy with a toned body?
