Feat of Strength circuit
Did this today: edge of roof fingertip pullup + pinch-grip deadlift + one-armed pushup + pistol squat + handstand pushup.
Did just one rep at a time, circuit-style, ten circuits in all.
Worked briskly to begin and extended rest periods to make sure I got my one rep in. In total, ten reps of each movement. Strength oriented but was huffing and puffing a bit toward the end.
Like the one-rep format as it allows me to focus on grooving the movements without grinding through them so much. And I get a little volume at the same time.
