Been researching different kinds of routines to improve various lifts recently and came across this one. Its a relatively short program only going 3 weeks and in some cases producing amazing gains. It has you benching 4 times a week. Looks really intense. This is a modified version of the longer Smolov program for squats.
Anyone have any experience trying something like this? I have to admit I am kinda curious.
