I actually decided to post my weekly weight, I think it will help me with motivation.

Day 1: 228
Day 7: 224

I know diet is the most important thing and I cheated a little on Super Bowl Sunday lol. I drank a coke but I stayed away from beer and all the food!

The 8th and 9th days I have seen a nice improvement in my strength. I am taking in around 100-115 grams of protein a day. Anyways I will be updating again on the 13th.
