I'll be interested to hear your progress. I've never done any of those programs but am in pretty good shape now at about 6'1 and 225-230 lbs (also stocky). Depending how tall you are, we may have similar dimensions and I've always been interested in how those programs are for us big guys.

Yeah, I am only 5'10 but don't blame me lol it is my moms fault.
I will definitely keep y'all posted. I really enjoyed it the first time I did it. I was 200-205 and already muscular from working out consistently for 2 years but it really helped me tone up. My arms grew about 4 inches in circumference in the 90 days and I had much better endurance with lifting and running. Also brought my strength up. Two of my buddies also did it with me and they both got cut up(they are much slimmer).
Today I finished Yoga and whoo I forgot how difficult it is lol but it really helped me focus and loosen up/stretch my sore muscles. Tomorrow is legs & back and Ab ripper.
