My Sugar Experiment
Curtailed it today after two weeks. Just getting sick of all the sugar. In addition to the requisite meat and veggies I generally get, I also ate, at minimum, two PB&J sammiches a day along with either a bowl of ice cream every night or a large serving of gelatti. Additionally, whereas I rarely eat breakfast, I did have either a large scone or a large donut four of the fourteen mornings.
No change in workouts, 2-3 brief strength workouts per week, some including a brief cardio finisher.
No change in general activity, 12 to 13K steps a day as measured by pedometer.
Starting weight: 144.2
Ending weight: 143.2
